CEO Ryan Lafler

CEO Ryan Lafler set out on a mission to tackle what he sees in the greatest tech race of our time which is saving the planet. In his eyes we are literally poisoning ourselves. This led him to embark on a two and a half year journey to think up and dream of a technological solution to directly capture carbon from the air. Ryan came up with a concept and needed to take it to a physical prototype which is where he met Elliot Beecham who was a professional prototype designer and mechanical engineer based out of Norway. Together Ryan and Elliot’s team worked collaboratively on a design for the worlds first carbon miner.

Ryan Lafler

CEO

Ryan Lafler has spent his career in telecommunications. From his early years on the wireless side at VZW for business to a transition in facilities based telecom CLECS, Ryan spent the early 2000’s at carriers such as Globalcom and CIMCO Communications. He was an executive and co-founder of COEO which is a SIP Trunking and Managed Service Provider that he developed in markets across the United States eventually POPing 39 states which he sold in 2019. Ryan also founded a data infrastructure services company called FIT Telco focusing on high availability voice and data on the carrier and facilities side. He also works to provide procedural over site with our government services side including projects with the Department of Defense, the Pentagon, Military Services, FBI, ICE, Homeland Security and Washington DC at FIT Telco Southwest which is a Department of Defense contractor. He loves his work in Telecommunications but he wanted to be involved in giving back and focusing on technology that could create change and eventually solve a major problem.

Jeff Whitehead

COO

Jeff Whitehead is our COO his experience he is an attorney by trade and was one of the founding members of Digital Crossroad Data Center which is a green space, sustainable data center and transformed the Lake Shore of Northwest Indiana which is often referred to as the industrial rust belt. This center is hydrocooled from the lake and is a hyperscaler purpose built campus. The center helped with economic inequality in an impoverished region and focused on environmental impact as it pertains to tech.

Jeff Cohn

CTO

Jeff Cohn is our CTO and was former CTO of Playboy for 14 years, he is also Senior VP of Platform Engineering at Guarantied Rate. Jeff has vast experience in creating a digital legacy whether it is managing a technology road map to manage an ever changing digital climate post .com boom via some of the most well recognized brands on the planet or directly combating the worlds climate Jeff has been a technology patriarch his entire career.

Kevin Kuster

CMO

Kevin is a Founding Member and Creative Director at Watts of Love. He is responsible for the artistic direction, vision, brand management and leadership across all media disciplines for the organization. Kevin is a professional photographer and director with more than 20 years of experience producing and editing creative content for a variety of high-profile clients. Kevin also manages and runs the largest photography community on Instagram with 595,000 followers. Kevin is the visual talent behind our compelling images, videos, and brand. Prior to his time at Watts of Love, Kevin was the Director of Content and Senior Photo Editor at Playboy Magazine.

Elliot Beecham

VP of Engineering

Elliot is a Mechanical Design Engineer and professional prototype developer by trade. He has worked on some major projects for BA systems, Lockheed Martin and most recently projects for NATO. Along with designing for domestic appliances. Elliot has over 10 years experience in prototyping and design for manufacturer.

Nancy Reyes

Director of Marketing

Nancy has been a creative in the telecommunications industry for over a decade. She is a visionary who provided invaluable input in the aesthetic design of Ozone Vision’s prototype, Prometheus.

Steve Braverman

Board Member (Financial and Investor Relations)

Steve has multiple successful start up ventures under his belt and is a born entrepreneur. Recognized as an innovator, visionary leader, and sales and marketing expert, he has brought and helped bring businesses to market that have changed the technology landscape and partner community. Braverman is sought out by leaders in the space for his “out of the box” thinking and ability to see problems from unique perspectives. His ability to break complex challenges into manageable and understandable pieces makes him the perfect bridge between executive leaders and the people who need to execute the plan. Steve’s areas of specialization at EagleTEQ are GTM strategy, marketing and branding, M&A, revenue and profitability growth, business planning, and channel programs.

Most recently, Steve served as Co-Founder and President of Coeo Solutions, a ​geographically redundant, facilities-based telecommunications provider of SIP, SD-WAN and UCaaS services. During his time at Coeo, Steve created the brand message and marketing automation and built the indirect sales channel. He also helped implement the Rockefeller Habits, guiding the company with a KPI focus and weekly huddles.

Prior to Coeo, Steve was the Co-Founder and CEO of X4 Solutions. Responsible for day-to-day management and marketing, Steve grew X4 into one of the top 10 largest telecom Master Agencies in the United States. In 2016, Steve led the sale of X4 to Sandler Partners, which created an unprecedented valuation for the industry.

In his earlier years, Steve founded Telelink Communications which was the nation’s first Nextlink (XO) distributor. Telelink became a direct and indirect sales agency, representing more than a dozen telecom providers and 40 top PBX dealers. In 2004, Telelink was merged with two companies to become X4 Solutions.

Steve ​earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics Management from Ohio Wesleyan University, has served on numerous telecom advisory boards, is an active member of YPO and resides in the Chicago area with his wife and six children.

Tom Dakich

Board Member (Government and EPA Relations)

As a practicing attorney for more than 30 years, Tom’s practice has centered on the development of telecommunications and data centers. Tom has closed more than $500 million in transactions, including the sale or merger of companies on every continent (except Antarctica). Tom has represented and been a part of the legal and development teams that own urban data centers throughout the world, including the Quinby Building in Los Angeles, GNO TeleHouse in London, various entities in Indianapolis, the Hall E Data Center in McCormick Place (Chicago) and 15 W. 37th Street in Manhattan, New York.

Tom is typically tasked to resolve specific problems, ranging from labor stoppages in Eastern Europe, to raising money for companies, to infrastructure and data center management issues in North America. His past clients include multinational corporations, foreign governments, and small businesses within specific industries. He uses his legal background to develop creative solutions to unique problems.

He has an unusual breadth and depth of substantive legal experience, including 16+ years of experience serving as the Secretary and General Counsel for TK6, Inc./CES International, Inc., 5 years serving as General Counsel and a Managing Member of Midwest Data Center Partners, LLC and 2 years of experience serving as General Counsel and minority shareholder of GEMCO Constructors, LLC (Start up MEP Firm).

Tom was the former CEO and founder of Digital Crossroad (green space data center), which single handedly transformed the Hammond Indiana lakeshore by decommissioning a dirty cole-fire power plant (top ten dirty polluter). Tom knows first hand how to how to utilize Public Private Partnerships, Federal Grants, OCRA Grants and legislation to create change and is the best possible person to work with government entities within the space for transformation. Ozone Vision is ecstatic to have him as part of the team.

Robert Lafler

Chief Compliance Officer

Robert Lafler’s early career started with the United States Air Force where he completed his bachelor’s degree and served for 13 years to include Desert Shield and Desert Storm as a B-52 Navigator. He left honorably as a combat veteran and a Captain. Following military service Robert received a graduate degree from Fuller Theological Seminary occupying multiple ministry positions to include hospice chaplain. He eventually served as Chief Administrative Officer for Reflections Hospice, Centrix Health Resources for thirteen years where he was part of a successful sale and merger with Traditions Health and went on to serve as Vice President of Operations. Robert now runs FIT Telco LLC as Chief Operations Officer and he is also a co-founder and co-owner of FIT Telco Southwest LLC which is our ISP, IAC division that works heavily with the Department of Defense and Mission Critical Data Centers. His guidance on operations compliance and procedures is welcome and valued at Ozone Vision.

Derek Woo

Head of SEO

l am a Digital Marketing Consultant who was doing SEO before Google existed or the term SEO existed. Through my professional career, I have started 4 companies, worked asa consultant, and spent several years as the Director of Traffic and Affiliate Marketing at Playboy Enterprises. I have spent more than a decade sharpening my traffic generation methodologies in SEO, Affiliate Marketing, Video SEO, Social Media, SEM, Viral, and many other means. In addition, l am very skilled with every existing analytics platform. I firmly believe that traffic generation is discipline that requires one to understand each aspect of creation as well as the marketing and analytical parts of any online effort or entity.

My experience in Marketing, Communication, Traffic Creation, Web Development, and Public Speaking has served me well in every position I’ve held from consultant to upper level managment. I have started small companies from the ground up as well as worked at larger corporations in upper management. Iunderstand online from tech to marketing. I am a very unique asset because I come froma PR, writing, and public speaking background. My expertise in traffic generation, strategic planning, and marketing with a strong tech background allow me to understand and provide results that fit business needs like a glove.

I have managed large staffs, communicate well, learn about the business I am working with, collect detailed data, and utilize all of my traffic skills to create total, efficient, and successful online results.

l also believe in spending the time to understand analytics, web dev, and site architecture to find creative as well as innovative ways to use the traffic created to drive conversion and revenue.

I have written full site specs, created marketing campaigns, built affililate programs, recruited affiliates, done SEO, SEM, Social Media, Hosting, and studied data to drive results with a complete understanding of each aspect from the top down.

Jordan Levy

Head of Tokenomics

Jordan has always had a strong passion for technology and innovation. In 1999 learned web design and started his first company while in college. He shifted into digital strategy and growing web property traffic in affiliate marketing.

Several years later, he helped build a digital agency within a traditional advertising agency and worked with large corporations, fortune 500 companies, and start-ups. In 2017 he saw the next big thing coming in technology with blockchain and cryptocurrencies and has been heavily involved, including managing an online community of 80,000 members.

Bill Winsininski

Vice President of Sales

Bill’s technology industry experience extends into 2 decades and is an authority in every aspect of the data center ecosystem including finance, technology, infrastructure, and operations. His holistic understanding of all aspects of this sector offers dynamic perspective, illustrated by both the business relationships he has developed and revenue he has generated. Bill creates a professional sales process consisting of direct, indirect, and strategic alliances- along with setting pricing and procedures associated with leasing and licensing mission critical data center space and power. Before starting Cofluence and CWC Technologies – Bill was VP of Sales at QTS Data Centers opening the Chicago facility at 2200 South Ashland. VP of Sales for Bytegrid selling 8 MW of space, power and pipe in Cleveland and Chicago. He is currently the President of the AFCOM Chicago Chapter and a proud Infrastructure Mason – Armed Services Committee board member. Bill served in the United States Navy as a Search and Rescue Diver during Desert Shield and is a graduate from UC Berkeley. The data center industry and especially crypto are undergoing some serious evolutions to be more sustainable and carbon neutral. Bill brings a breadth of technical sales prowess to Ozone Vision.
